Welcome to Venvora. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through our website and to your use of our online store. By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

Venvora operates exclusively online and ships only to customers within the United Kingdom.


2. Applicability

These Terms apply to every order placed through our website and to any agreement between Venvora and the customer. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
  • Are placing the order in a personal capacity, not for commercial resale.
  • Have provided accurate and complete information at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability.


3. Product Information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately and to display colours, materials, and dimensions as clearly as possible. However, please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings.
  • Small differences in measurements, fabric finish, or product appearance may occur, particularly with natural materials.
  • Occasional typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, prices, or availability may occur. We reserve the right to correct any such errors and to update product information without prior notice.

If a product is materially different from how it was described on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can put it right.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices on our website are listed in British Pounds (£ GBP).
  • Prices include all applicable taxes where required, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and shown clearly during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
  • Orders are only processed once full payment has been successfully received.
  • Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other secure providers. All payments are processed by trusted third-party providers using SSL-encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. Venvora does not store your full card details on its servers.

In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.


5. Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email to the address you provided at checkout. This email confirms that we have received your order — it does not yet constitute a binding contract.

A binding agreement is formed only once we have accepted your order and sent you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.


6. Processing & Delivery

We aim to dispatch every order as quickly and reliably as possible.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping time: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • Estimated total delivery time: 6–13 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, or extreme weather. We will always do our best to keep you informed if there is a delay.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Please note: as we ship from outside the United Kingdom, some orders may be subject to import VAT or customs charges on delivery, depending on the value of the order. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.


7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date of delivery. Full details — including how to return an item, refund processing, and your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under UK and EU consumer law — are set out in our separate Returns Policy.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venvora's liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. In particular:

  • We are not responsible for losses, damages, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (e.g. courier issues, customs delays, force majeure).
  • We are not responsible for parcels marked as successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided by the customer at checkout. If a parcel is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us so we can help investigate with the courier.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses, such as loss of profits, opportunity, or data.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Any errors must be reported to us within 24 hours of placing the order, after which changes may no longer be possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.


9. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on our website — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, product names, designs, and the Venvora brand identity — is the property of Venvora or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our website for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial browsing and sharing (for example, sharing a product page on social media) is permitted.


10. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree:

  • Not to use it for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
  • Not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other customers' accounts.
  • Not to upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.

13. Complaints Procedure

If you are not fully satisfied with your order or with any part of our service, we genuinely want to know so we can put it right.

Please send us your complaint in writing at info@venvorashop.com, including:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Any photographs or documentation that support your complaint

We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and to provide a full response within 5 business days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may also refer the matter to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.


14. Force Majeure

Venvora is not liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, war, transport disruptions, or governmental restrictions.


15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business, legal requirements, or services. The most recent version will always be available on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, in accordance with the country in which Venvora is registered. However, if you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protections of the laws of your country of residence, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, which cannot be waived by these Terms.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our complaints procedure shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.
